One-on-One conference Scheduler

L3S Worldwide offers a "One-on-One Conference Scheduler" for use in setting up face-to-face meetings.  It can be made to dovetail into the look and feel of your existing website. 

Our comprehensive internet based software offers the following features:

• The Administrator can set up detailed Conference Schedules - including start and end dates and times; user defined timeslots for General Meetings, Lunch, Dinner and Tea/Coffee Breaks, Spare Time and one-on-one meetings.  Length of each timeslot can be user defined.

• The Administrator (and/or Users) can add an unlimited number of Conference Attendees including their names, company names, City/Country locations, email addresses etc. Our Scheduler takes into account those Attendees who arrive late or depart early.  It also has the ability to pull Attendee details from prior Conferences.

• The Administrator can add user defined Meeting Places and/or pull Meeting Places from prior Conferences if at the same location and/or if generic (Table 1, 2, etc)

• Ability for the Adminiatrator to email Attendees with an unique Access Code upon receipt of Conference Application and/or Payment using a standard email formatted by the Administrator.

• Allows Conference Attendees to select those other Conference Attendees that they would like to have a Face-to-Face Meeting with (based on 3 levels of importance) and subject to availability based on a first-come, first served basis.  If another Conference Attendee has already elected to meet with you, then that scheduled Meeting is displayed on your schedule in real time and you cannot over-ride.  Therefore no overlapping of Meetings and Attendees have an incentive to book early and pay promptly!

• Automatic allocation of Meeting Place to each Meeting. 

• Ability to print-out and/or email Meeting Schedules showing not only Face-to-Face Meetings but also other relevant Conference items - General Meetings, Lunch, Dinner and Tea/Coffee Breaks, Spare Time, etc.
